This artwork explores the physicality of both the human body and the medium of Polaroid film photography. Both the displayed body parts and Polaroid frames went through a process of analysis before being assembled into the final collage. The textured details produced by opening up the film, scratching its surface, and shedding its layers combined with the “unreal” depiction of the human form invite the viewer to examine the images intimately.
